Note: Some pool store water tests do not show if phosphate levels are in excess of 3000 ppb. They may only indicate phosphates are higher than 2500 ppb. The actual level could be 5,000 – 10,000  or more. May take several treatments to lower level below 2500 ppb to show improvement on a local pool  store test.
